Congrats to Adam Haas (1st) and Stef Sair (2nd; also national champ in wrestling) D3football.com Preseason All-Americans....

I wonder how many other 2-sport all americans there are out there in D-III ???

Congrats to Cortland's Greg Steward (#18-CB) and Keith Greene (#12-WR) who were members of this year's national championship lacrosse team

the last 2 weeks of the season are going to be brutal for the Dragons:

Nov. 4 at Rowan (NJAC Championship)
Nov. 11 Ithaca  (Cortaca Jug)

Go down to Glassboro to a hostile crowd one week and then come back for the biggest game of the year at home with no bye week as in recent years...  :o uber-tough

Here's my picks for next season:

1a. Cortland St.
1b. Rowan
3. Montclair
4. Kean
5. West Conn
6. TCNJ
7. Buff State
8. Willy P

Maybe I'm a bit of a homer but I think Cortland can finally beat rowan next year and take the conference

The RU SID, I believe, does not submit information into D3football for those players who are deserving of consideration for player of the week and other such accolades as presented by this site. Shame on her!

I also think Bond and Orihel's injuries may have cost them shots at AA

Congrats to Cortland's Adam Haas for being named to the D3Football.com All-American First Team. I believe he is the first 1st team All American from Cortland since 91

This board seems pretty dead considering we have two teams from the conference in the NCAA's and more than likely two in the ECAC's

Here's hoping for an all-NJAC East region final ;D

C-State, you know what you have to do now... let's get it done!!!!

i was at the Port-Cortland game and it seemed to me that cortland's DL got a lot of pressure very easily on the QB

Quote from: knightstalker on October 24, 2005, 02:12:24 PMthe Steel Cage Death Match with the coaches wrestling for the AQ, dressed like Luchodores of course. If it is more than two teams tied then it becomes a Steel Cage Battle Royal.

that idea

I kinda like Ira's idea more, but Pat's will work

Dave,

I forgot that Montclair only has one NJAC loss thus far, I thought they had two. So they could potentially play for the NJAC title. Just as well.

What would happen if, by some minor miracle, Rowan Montclair & Cortland all finish with one NJAC loss?

you know what i dont understand about the DJAC? Why is Cortland in it if they arent in Dirty Jersey?

Cortland joined the NJAC as a way to, one stabilize their schedule (besides the fact that they played a bunch of NJ teams yearly), and two for a chance to get into the playoffs as an A or a C bid instead of shooting for one of those few B bids into the NCAA's

Jeez, what's with all the hating on the NJAC..... :-\

What are Cortland's chances of beating Rowan this weekend?

Slim?
None?

Long trip up there.

After Cortland, I'm not seeing anyone with a winning record on their schedule.

Montclair could go into Rowan above .500
