How can you tell? Are you actually at the game or at home watching your tv with a pair of binoculars?

I am watching the live stats.

WRMU is carrying the audio.

Congrats Falcons !!

Good Luck, Streaks !!

^ I wouldn't count on it.

Mt football hasn't been the same since you went dark.

I whole heartedly agree! We miss you Coach!

For those of you who follow such things, desertcat1 came from behind to take the 2023 WIAC Pick-Em championship with a stellar 22 out of a possible 24 points!

We don't run a post-season WIAC Pick-Em, but for those who don't mind picking against spreads, the OAC Post-Season Pick-Em is up and running.

As the others have posted, I'm a bit disappointed in the Offense.  You have Grad Returning QB, RB, and WR and get shut out in the 2nd half by Marietta.  It doesn't matter that its only the 2nd game of the season. JCU is starting the season with UWW, BWU and Heidelberg.  Mount is lucky they have the easy part of the OAC early.

a 36 point spread vs Muskie has to be a record in the OAC pick em era....gross

They are not getting close to beating my spreads, from a method that has worked so well for the last two decades.I assume Dartt isn't trying to embarrass me personally, but he's definitely not making my job any easier!

Both the 2023 OAC Pick-Em and the 2023 WIAC Pick-Em contests are up and running.

There are Thursday night games in both pools so make sure you get those picks in before the games start.

Everyone pick safely!

Hey Everybody! Week #1 of the 2023 WIAC Pick-Em has been posted.

WIAC games are worth 3 points each, national games are worth 2. You are picking winners without messing with threads.

Note that there are three games on Thursday night this week so don't wait too long.

A Merry Christmas to my Band of Brothers [and Sisters]!

Did anyone find out about the person tossed from the Mount/DelVal game? I would like to know who it was and what the agenda was.

Listening to the broadcast team as well as some of the UMU personnel, the most probable realization is that it was a ball boy.  The local college is responsible for acquiring ball boys for both sides of the playing field.  This person would more probably be known to the local players.  Thus the high five.

Not necessarily a spy, although he could have been one.  IMHO harmless.  If more, up to y'all.

[A late] Thank you to Pat, K&J Dad and D3fanboy for your responses regarding my SoS question.  +K all!

OK, this may be a stupid question and I will accept the abuse, but how does the NCAA calculate SoS?  I don't see it anywhere on the NCAA website.  The various rating sites have their own methods such that, on the Massey, MUC has the 22th toughest SoS and DelVal is the 110th.  But via the LazIndex, DelVar is much tougher at 0.445 vs UMU at .510.

Pat?

A very Merry Christmas to each and every one of you!

MUC57 is missed by all this Holiday!

Amen!  Thankful that he was a part of us.

For those who don't follow the Pick-Em competitions, CONGRATULATIONS to D3FTBALLFAN and rscl70 for winning the 2022 Regular Season OAC Pickem.

Everyone resets to zero for the post-season Pick-Em, so even if you didn't participate in the regular season contest, feel free to join in.
