I looked at the game notes for this week.  Didn't notice much if anything in the way of changes.  For a game like Ott they should maybe give us the 3 deep so we know who everyone is though.

Nov 8th Game @ Marietta is going to be the only test left on the Mount Union Schedule. (Assuming they get their Running Back, he left with an Injury early yesterday)

The MIAA or the NCAA should step up, Hope won this game 26-23. Game over.

Marietta and BW will both be better than Grove City.

Muskie is going to be better this year. Could see them in the Hunt with Berg/ONU.  Marietta beat BW 47-7 last year and BW's only score came in the final seconds.  I was surprised to see them pick ahead of Marietta by the OAC Coach's, although I do think they will be improved in 2025.

I am Happy to be a voter again, but don't have the time to run it.

How did the other OAC players test out at their pro days?

Muskingum hires Matt Nardo away from Bluffton. He got his start at Muskingum and certainly knows the valley! I think this is a good hire.

I'm not trying to take anything away from Waddle and Staff they were great. I'm just pointing out what an outstanding hire MC made. Look at the places Kaufman has worked. After nearly 2 decades of chasing the highest level of football he's found a home at a program that is ready to take the next step. MC could have messed this up, but it looks like they hit a home run with this hire. I could see MC and BW starting a rivalry for #2 in the OAC.

If you're Harley Hopkins, how can you not wanna play for him! He is a D1 LB Coach, Hopkins will be back next fall. This is an absolute home run hire for MC. I'm not sure how you lose one of the most successful coaches in school history and somehow upgrade, but the Pioneers may have just done that.

Marietta Hires JCU Alumni to lead their Football Team. Tom Kaufman is the Next Head Coach at MC. This is a GREAT Hire by the Pioneers!

I'm all good.  I picked Mount Union to win their region if you read the entire piece. 

The single most abundant source of Purple Raider bulletin board material in 2024 has been you.  There's not an aggregation of content from media or any other place that has dumped on 2024 Mount Union the way you have or to the degree you have here this fall.  It's not UMU vs. the World.  It's UMU vs. UMU. 

This is a very true statement! However, if the D3 national media agrees with the Mount Union fan base that this isn't a national championship team it's all bulletin board material inside the Raider's locker room.

I think it's a win for Etta if they can keep it to 21 or less. Mount will be ready for the Pioneers.

North Carolina Wesley was also on opponent on a 2 year deal.

I seem to remember Mount Union playing Marietta at night when Freshman BJ Mitchell score they final TD to win by like 84-7. BJ Mitchell was so good!

That was after the Marietta Football players were disrespectful to the Mount Basketball players/team in the OAC tournament the year before. Mount had a bone to pick with the Pioneers.
