I came across an article "Rembering Zorn" on a website Volumeone.org. I gives the history and interviews with many former players and coaches. I found it interesting that much of the construction material was U.S. Army Air Corp surplus that was supposed to be used to build air craft hangers over seas. Zorn used to be house of horrors for Platteville in Bo Ryan's 15 years at Platteville he only won twice at Zorn. At the 1995 National Championship banquet the players presented Ryan with the game ball from that game.

2010 champs inducted Jan. 10. Students won't even be back.

Be interesting if Bob Semling is invited and if he even comes. Wouldn't say their departure was on good terms.

This a bizarre move. Is UWSP really having just a Hall of Fame class of one? Why wasn't there a 2025 Hall of Fame class? And now we're on to 2026? This is weird.

Last class was 2022 and before that was 2019. Guess it doesn't have to be every year.

In the 70s, there were a couple of classes of just one inductee and a couple of just two.

There was a 2024 class of 7 in 2024. https://athletics.uwsp.edu/news/2024/1/31/general-uwsp-releases-athletics-hall-of-fame-class-of-2024.aspx

UWSP Hall of Fame seems far less organized than other WIAC schools.

Apparently. Did they have one every year then? Obviously I just went by what the website.

Looks like Oshkosh has some attrition, their roster shows returning players for this season currently.  Players with eligibility left that aren't included are Will Murray, Jack Jorgensen, Cade Feldhausen and Nick Kraftzenk.

I believe Murray is a big loss, he still had 3 years of eligibility and was a highly sought after recruit out of Darlington.

Apparently it was Great Apple Crunch Day and the Pointers Men's Basketball team celebrated it with a picture. A player is on crutches, but I can't tell who it is. I'm half blind and on my phone.

That would be Bobby Grganto on crutches.
