Platteville wins big over Dubuque  56-27. Offense scored the first 5 times they had the ball. Defense gave up a lot of 3rd down conversions but they played much better in the 2nd half. Platteville hosts Springfield next Saturday.

Blugolds go on the road to Ohio and defeat Kenyon College 35-6. I know the first two have been against "lesser competition", but Blugolds are 2-0 for the first time since 2021. Should have a good chance to be 3-0 going into WIAC play as we have Martin Luther up next.

We'll see what happens once WIAC season starts, but if Ayden Helder stays healthy it looks like we may finally have a decent QB at the helm running the offense for the next few years.

Congrats to UWEC, glad to see them with some confidence building success.

WARHAWKS win easily over NAIA Saint Xavier 37-0.  Xavier's defense played to stop the run and had some success holding the WARHAWKS to 110 yards rushing on 39 attempts (10:QB). Klinkner had a solid day going 20/24, 243 yds, 3 tds and completing passes to 10 different receivers. This was a good day in his development. He completed passes on and off platform, under duress and  spread the ball around.

I wasn't able to see the game today, but the passing stats look great. Glad to see the Warhawks working both aspects of the game. Big matchup coming up. Looking forward to it.

Palum--Pville at RF 9/27 will be a good one. RF will need to get better on D in order to win it. Falcons could not stop either Alma or Coe. Both have very strong offenses.
