Of note to PAC fans: We had Joe Onderko on the D3football.com podcast last week and had a great conversation about the conference, its rivalries, its decision to stay out of the broadcast paywall space and the like. That conversation is here:

https://www.d3blogs.com/d3football/2025/07/30/atn-podcast-382-top-25-more-replay-new-pac-njac/

There's also a longer interview, where we also talk about St. Francis coming into the league, what a 12-team schedule might look like, the PAC's focus on postseason football bowl games, the 2027 D-III men's Final Four, and much more. That edition of the interview is here:

As a pre-med, he would have MANY kindred spirits at CWRU.  Perfect fit for just such a football player.  I hope that he is admitted, chooses CWRU, and has an opportunity to contribute on the football field.

Hiram returns a LOT of its production from last season. However, given that production was typically low - I'm not sure yet if that's a good or bad thing.

Hiram College wins the inter-collegiate basketball world championship at the World's Fair Universal Exposition Olympic Games in St. Louis, Missouri. Final score: Hiram, 25; Latter Day Saints University, 18.

Thanks for the input.  Don't take my take personally.   I don't know much about Hiram other than their record from last season.  Plus im just a dude on the internet, I have no connections or inside info.

Today was photo day for the Spartans. Apparently the two high profile transfers, Caldwell and Salopek missed the shoot. Hmmm.

UPDATE Both are now pictured on the website roster.

Quote from: ADL70 on July 22, 2025, 10:12:50 AMHas Geneva been held back by continuing to run the triple-option? I recall a time when most of the WPIAL ran that offense. That no longer seems to be the case. Of course nationally, Springfield and Salisbury have still been quite successful with that offense.

The bottom of the PAC moves up one spot with the addition of Hiram, lowest NPI in D3. Will St Francis successfully transition to D3 and fill the void at the top left by CMU's departure?

I don't think the offense has held them back.  Look at D1, Army dominates similarly talented teams as them.  They put up good fight against superior talented teams, even in defeat.  I think Geneva issue is of their own doing, and I hope to leave it at that.

Didn't see anyone talk about the YouTube account called Division 1 Rejects.  I think he played D3 in Michigan (I could be wrong), but his content is 100% D2, D3, and NAIA. I found him roughly a month ago,  I do not know when he started the channel or what his content is like during the season.

It is nice to see another outlet that discuss D3 ball, even if it's not exclusively D3. I follow D2 PSAC also so I only skip over NAIA content.

He has showed the PAC some love in the past.  Here he is showing love to the GCC defense.

Welp ... watching CWRU football games will require a streaming service subscription:

https://athletics.case.edu/news/2025/8/18/general-how-to-follow-the-cwru-athletics-during-the-2025-26-year.aspx

But it will be interesting to see the production quality difference this year. (which I assume there will be!)

I'm not sure that it applies to football, which is not a UAA sport. Currently the CWRU website has Flo links on website schedule pages for M&W soccer and volleyball, but not for football.

The Flo site for CWRU lists many sports, but not football.

CMU doesn't have football video links on it's website, but again Flo doesn't list football. It has Flo links for soccer.

Chicago's football schedule links to Youtube, not Flo. Although Flo does list Chicago football. It does have Flo links for soccer.

Rochester has links to Flo for football, but it had been charging for several years already.

Wash U links to it's own site for football and football is not listed under Flo's WashU page. It has Flo links for soccer.

If football is the only sport you watch, I'd wait until closer to Sept 20 to subscribe.

Replacing Jantz would be an improvement.

UPDATE Jon Schwartz confirmed that football will be on the Flo platform. Links upcoming
