Final Projected Bracket - Bracket Projection

I tried to avoid conference matchups between the Opening round and 2nd round. The NCAA is not obligated to do this for the "2nd" round. I also tried to avoid in season out of conference rematches through the opening round and 2nd round as well. There are teams that probably deserved home games, however due to teams being on an island and historical data, I didn't avoid those type of scenarios (i.e. West Coast and Texas Hubs). Let me know everyone thoughts.
