Ah. I guess that means that their win over CWRU wasn't a quality win.

Okay, so perhaps W&J. If, by chance, we were to run the table the rest of the way in conference, do you think we'd have a chance at being champ or co-champ? I know it's a longshot, and I know other teams will have to beat each other/lose to each other, but I was wondering what you think our chances might be.

Win over 0-1-1 team isn't a quality win.

Championship? Magic 8-Ball says "Outlook not so good." If Westminster beats W&J says "Very doubtful."

Yeah, I figured that. But one can always be Pollyanna!!!!

The door is open for at least a co-championship IF (I know a big if) W&J beats Westminster and we then run the table.

Longshot to be sure, but one can always dream!

As a GCC fan, Case is the best shot at handing W&J an L and giving us a chance at a co-championship.

I hope that we can. Of course, should we upset W&J, then we'd have a shot at a co-championship as well if we can follow that up against GCC. Should be an exciting conference race at season's end!

A lot of football remains to be played among the five teams with winning conference records. Most importantly:

10/25 WEST @ GCC
11/01 CWRU @ W&J
11/08 GCC @ CWRU
W&J @ GEN
11/15 GEN @ CWRU

If you're wondering, GEN does not play WEST

Lots of combinations and permutations are possible.

BTW if no head-to-head the tiebreaker is NPI.
