Happy awards day. Here are my predictions, let's see how many I get right.

First Team:

Matthew Zenker

Paki/Dufort/Garside/Feeks/Denham

Some notes. That last spot really depends on what the coaches value. Paki had the most productive season out of those 5 individually, but was on the worst team. Dufort, Garside, Denham, and Feeks were all important supporting cast on the most consistent regular season times, so can't go wrong with any of them. I believe that Neuenhaus played himself into some first team conversations, however, wasn't consistent enough to start the year. Cabral had somewhat of an opposite trajectory, as he started the season off being in POY conversation but regressed slightly (mostly due to his injury). Aside from that, there is a chance Roy makes a team over Gooden, given that Roy played the whole season and improved as the season went on (although 35/25/77 splits don't help his case). Anderson and Zenker could also be flipped, can't go wrong with either on either team. As I've said previously, the DPOTY award is a toss up. Likely going to one of the RPI or Vassar guards.

Nice to see Adam Dudzinski get some national recognition with a d3 all star game invite. Would have easily been SLU's 2nd all time leading scorer if he played 4 years. Players like him don't come around often.

Going to lose my mind, yet ANOTHER mid November game between Clarkson and SLU.  Who on earth is making these decisions?  Never mind the fact it's a league game played on November 14th which is ridiculous in itself, the rivalry series between these teams for decades was always played in December at the earliest.  And yet another season where SLU and Clarkson are the only teams to play 6 consecutive road games.

I saw an unconfirmed report that Riley Naclerio, WPI Asst. and SLU alum, was headed back to SLU.  Do they have a HC vacancy?

Can confirm, the news is true. Chris Down's Sr, upon the graduation of Chris Downs Jr, switched over to the women's side of things. He will be taking the reins of the Saints Womens basketball program. In the meantime, Riley Naclerio - an obvious choice and one of the SLU greats - will be the interim for mbb. Interesting to see how this plays out.

Some notes: Ithaca stands out to me the most with multiple highly touted freshman and solid transfers. However, it seems that Dom Parker has out done himself with this recruiting class. Can't speak too early given their history, but from some surface level research, they have a solid, well rounded recruiting class.
