Former UW-W signal caller Jason Ceniti is starting for D-II Oklahoma Baptist. He started the year as a backup, but has started the last three games. OBU is currently 3-4 after going 2-9 last year. Ceniti has completed 68.6% of his passes for 786 yards, five TD's, and three picks. He is also the second-leading rusher (only 8 yards behind their leading rusher) with 258 yards and two touchdowns.
He was named a captain for tomorrow's game.

I had heard this game was "close" back in August but didn't feel free to discuss because I never confirmed that it was final. But since it is being posted on a Mount Union website, it looks like it's locked in. UW-W will be traveling to Alliance to take on Mount Union week 2 next year.

Wow 😲
What a treat!

Now if they can schedule Wash U in St. Louis some year and maybe just maybe catch a Brewers at Cardinals game.  That would be perfect.

Oh sure. Now that Mt is down UWW is willing to play them.
;)

Kidding aside, this is great for D3 football fans. I'm not sure about the RPI risk, but I'm glad the programs chose this direction.

Much respect and gratitude for a couple of athletic trainers at UW-Oshkosh. A member of the football team "coded" due to an unknown medical condition in the locker room. Nothing to do with practice, just an event based on a condition that even the young man knew nothing about. The athletic trainers sprang into action, equipment staff got the AED, and the trainers were able to bring the young man back to life and stabilize him. Earlier this week, they hoped he would be released from the hospital yesterday or today. I've not heard an update.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank and extend gratitude not only to the UW-O staff, but also to all the athletic trainers and equipment staff in college football. They don't get thanked enough, but they are indispensable.

Isn't it obvious? The coaching staff apparently is listening to emma's concerns.

Just seen the box score for the UW River Falls vs UW Eau Claire game.  Eau Claire had 13 penalties for 110 yards.  They have been a rather clean team this season.  River Falls had 5 for 37 yards.

Platteville takes care of business at Oshkosh today 38-6. Uselding was 17 of 25 and 2 TDs. Bothun rushed for 77 yards and 2 TDs. Platteville is at Stevens Point next week before finishing up  with Whitewater at home and LaCrosse on the road.

RF 59 - 22 over EC is a surprise margin of victory.  I thought a 3 point Falcon win could happen but EC's qb threw 3 or 4 straight interceptions on consecutive possessions in the 3rd quarter and that was it.EC is a better team than they showed today.

MESSAGE TO RECRUITS:  IN DOUBT? ENROLL AT STOUT. DON'T CARE? GO TO EAU CLAIRE. AT A LOSS? TRY LACROSSE. FEELIN' OUTTA JOINT? YOUR PLACE IS POINT. DON'T LIKE THE REST? DO WHAT'S BEST!

GOT BALLS? PLAY FOR THE FALLS!
