Call #1: HR Dept to clean house

Call #2: Mike Elder

It's time. Never been more disgusted in my Alma Mater.

So its either talent (lack of) or coaching - or I guess BOTH. I posted earlier in the week that ,,we arent MOUNT" - and here we are. Problem is it going to get worse. Based on what I have seen - we lose to Bw and ONU is a toss up. Last time Mount lost 4 games?

No offense but no one needs Mike Elder. He may win - but he has zero character and some highly questionable morals.

Does the streak killer get Mount booted from the top 25 in the first time in...ever?

I still think Mount will be ranked, but Heidelberg for sure gets ranked tomorrow. I sooner see Johns Hopkins dropping out before Mount, but I could be wrong. Feel like we're on a crash course for NCC-UWRF rematch.

Honestly, I hope.
Makes them climb from their own ashes, in my opinion.
You want to be "Mount?" Then go prove it! [OAC Championship and playoff berth are not out of the question ... just more difficult and needing some help along the way].

My call would be to Mike Sirianni, just pitch the fact that Kehres stadium has better drainage than W&J does.

GD will NEVER get away from that kids folding card table at the Kehres family Thanksgiving feast.  Not sure of their ages, but one of them will move up to the big table first.

Out-wrestle the kids for a drumstick, anyway.

I think UMU needs to keep losing just to see the social experiment occur in this thread

When was the last time that Mount Union Football was in a position to need to put up 40(+) points to beat Heidi???
When was the last time that Mount Union Football needed to overcome an opponent's 500+ offense ... and win?
We shall see.
Microphone over to you, Larry and Vince.

I remember very fondly, 2013.  The final score was 44 - 34, the refs gave us a freebie fumble to keep us in the game though.  We were ranked and was looking like going to the playoffs for the second year in a row, but instead got steamrolled by JCU the next week

The one game I miss, to do a trail marathon in the muddy woods

I honestly never expected to see Heidelberg beat Mount in my lifetime.  It seemed more likely that Heidelberg would close down before we got our first win since 1988, and back in like 2020/21 someone I knew who worked in admissions alleged things were not looking good and closing was an option talked about, all hearsay so I dont know how truthful that was.

I would have preferred a trail run today. But my perspective on the game is, shockingly, a bit different than yours.

Congrats to you and your fellow Student Princes.
