MUC 2008

-Hand off to Minner

-Short sideline rollout pass to Ashby.

-Pass play that gets blown up because the protection breaks down or Maloney can't decide what to do.

-Punt

The entirety of our play calling on O so far. Shame too, if not for sloppy special teams BW probably still doesn't have a touchdown.

"great week of practice" and you get ... that?!?

A Mount loss makes them 6-4 in the last 10.  Does that get us to the tough conversation?

Quote from: mucgrad06 on Yesterday at 05:04:44 PMMount isn't winning this game.  Can't do anything on offense, defense is playing well so far.

Unfortunately we've seen this offense more than once this year.  22 yds and 1 first down at half.  Obviously resulting in BW having the ball for over 21 minutes.  O line looks overmatched, can't run the ball at all, WRs having trouble getting open (the rare times Maloney had any time).

Mount's defense is playing well.  Not much you can do when the special teams gives BW the ball at the 5 yd line.  But the offense HAS to get something going after halftime.  Not only because you're down 10-0, but because BW has two RBs that run the ball as hard as anyone in the OAC and they're gonna start wearing your defense down if you continue to leave them out there comstantly.

I like what im seeing for BW 😀

Meanwhile my Berg keeps getting worst, barely escaped the crusaders in OT 2

Every week has been a "great week of practice" so perhaps he just means all the players showed up to practice each day?  Perfect attendance!

Bo Bokman returned a kick. Glad he is alive.

This team is just baffling.  The offense comes out of the locker room and looks like a completely different team.  It's like Wheaton all over.  Now if we can just stop gifting them TD's on muffed punts and tripping on the turf monster we might have a shot.

The Third Division

Did an ad just play for anyone else during mount unions last play???

Also congrats to BW for defeating the machine.

Yes.  This is normal occurrence now that they've switched to Flo Sports.  It also happens in hoops.  The "OAC" ads run during actual stoppages, but then there are Flo ads during game play too.

Haven't been experiencing it here (Verizon Fios internet provider in Maryland).
My gripe has been how far the broadcast has been behind the "Live Stats."

BW didn't defeat The Machine.  It defeated a 1960 Chevy Corvair.

I've been going to Mount games since 1990--GD has been out-coached in every major game since he has been head coach.  First non-playoff season since 1990(?). Thanksgiving dinner may be in the garage, not even at the kid's table.

1991. My sophomore year. Mount was 8-1-1.
