Not to be outdone, the Cortland/Springfield feed might as well be clicks of Morse Code on a telegraph.

ESPN must have taken the game offline, as I get the "Technical Difficulties" screen.

That Union-Muhlenberg game looks like a good one in the 4th Quarter.
I would pay good money to watch it!

Wait ... I already did.

Other than some cannot pronounce the college's name?

But, according to Wikipedia ... the source of a Baldwin-Wallace student's graduation capstone project paper:

The mule is a domestic equine hybrid between a donkey and a horse. It is the offspring of a male donkey (a jack) and a female horse (a mare). The horse and the donkey are different species, with different numbers of chromosomes; of the two possible first-generation hybrids between them, the mule is easier to obtain and more common than the hinny, which is the offspring of a male horse (a stallion) and a female donkey (a jenny).

Mules vary widely in size, and may be of any color seen in horses or donkeys. They are more patient, hardier and longer-lived than horses, and are perceived as less obstinate and more intelligent than donkeys.

Hmmm... "more intelligent than donkeys."  Magna or Summa Cum Laude at B-W?

They played Mount Union pretty tough in their previous two matchups, but those were both in the quarterfinals. They have a good fan base, I remember them bringing a decent crowd last time.

2018 UMU 38-10
2021 UMU 35-29(OT win)

I haven't followed this particular version of Muhlenberg but I do know the Centennial is a really tough conference with physical teams like Carnegie Mellon and Johns Hopkins. This is probably not a quarter finals caliber Mules team like the in the past, but I'm expecting a solid test for the Purple Raiders. I'm thinking they are somewhere between Grove City and Wheaton in terms of opponent quality.

I also think the fact that the program has been to Alliance twice, should make them tougher than at typical round 1/2 playoff opponent.

Purple13

They will be a tough opponent for sure we played them in Dec 2018 Mount win 38-10 and then in 2021 a much closer game but a Mount win 35-29

Purple13

Does anyone know when playoff tickets will be available for next weekend with it being a hloiday week and all?

If Mount takes one of the first quarters off (as they typically do), then we might have a game on Saturday.  Maybe LK or Vince can hand Geoff a pregame speech with a little fire to get the team going on Thursday and the Raiders can play to their potential and get the starters out a little early.  If Mount wants to get to the Stagg Bowl, they need to show a little bit more "urgency" and get the machine up and running again after a bye week and a date with JCU

what are the odds that his name place card at Thanksgiving dinner says "Jeff"?
