Hahah! This definitely creates a mental image.

Also, she is 15? Wow!

Enjoy it while you can, RC. My daughter who you met is a 19 year old sophomore in college now. She balled out playing HS hoops in San Diego, but is a normal college student now and as happy as a clam.

Quote from: MonroviaCat on October 25, 2026, 12:36:45 PMWell, 'Cats got the job done.  Extended the streak to an amazing 70-years.  Shut-out PLU.

Still--if they play the way they did yesterday--they may see themselves on the losing end of the game against Lewis and Clark next week and will find themselves missing the play-offs for a second year in a row.

Things to fix:
1.  Untimely and stupid penalties.  Hitting the punter twice to extend drives for PLU--can't happen against a better team.
2.  Missing wide open throws that would have been huge gains or easy TDs--QB needs to make those more than 50% of the time.
3.  Not wrapping up/tackling the ball carrier and allowing big secondary gains/QB getting passes off to wide open guys because the DBs have given up on the play.
4.  Missing short FG attempts-all season our FG/PAT team has been suspect.  They need to clean it up.

If 'Cats play clean and to their ability---they win next week, but as we've seen all season--that's a big "IF".

McNabb's misses in the first half surprised me - my view so far this season was his long throws had been greatly improved over last year.

The schedule does the Wildcats a favor (maybe): for Lewis & Clark and Whitworth, their two "must-win" games among this season's big three are back-to-back; Linfield had a week in between to get past any slippage after a big win.

But we'll see ...
