FB: New England Small College Athletic Conference

I'd say predicting the all-conference teams on offense, at least, will be pretty easy with nearly all the skill guys coming back from last year's all-conference teams:

QBs: Fitzsimmons, Johansen, Kurzum (will be tough to knock that trio out but a LOT of good QBs returning)
RBs: McClellan, Lynskey (those two seem way ahead of the field)
WRs: Kelly, Falls, Newcombe, O'Brien, Moore, Nye (elite, once again the most loaded position in NESCAC)
TEs: none
OL: Bohnsack, Roberts, Abbott, Garofolo, Maguire

There is no reason to think any of these guys won't be all-league, this year, as well.  Some guys to watch who weren't on last year's all-league teams and who might challenge for all-league as well:

QBs: Weidman, Marek Hill, Jaxson Carroll
RBs: Hoffmeister, Tossone, Bott, Shapiro, LaRose
WRs: Kuehberger, Carver, Hooper
TEs: Montesano, Matthew Diaz
OL: Pierotti, Cortez, Curran, Sheskey, Robke, Jack Martin, I'm sure plenty of others, hard to say

I just want to throw Amherst running back Michael Dunmore into the mix. The mammoths have run the ball very ineffiecently in the last 5 years but continue to try to establish a run game. I saw on this board that he had multiple d1 looks and on an Amherst offense which seems short on talent he should be a bright spot. As for leaving Carroll off the first team list seems like Bantams fatigue. The quarterback on the best team in the league should always be on an all nescac team (Besides Williams "passers").

Maybe we can hold off on the Dunmore hype until he gets more than three total yards on three carries in his career?  I'm sure he is talented and all, but Amherst returns a pretty darn good senior running back in Demetrious Smith, and I'd expect that he will be the starter once again, so if you want to mention an Amherst TB, I'd start with him.

I was under the assumption that Smith had graduated last year. If that's the case he should be in these discussions

In 2025, the Lord Mammoths were 7th in rushing offense and 7th in total offense. Smith was 8th in the league in rushing, scored two TDs, and averaged about 45 yards per game on the ground. We're not sure he should part of the same discussion that includes guys like Lynskey and McClellan who have delivered at a very high level.

I have to agree with NM here. While I do think both Smith and Dunmore will be effective, Amherst tends to platoon backs. McClellan and Lynskey are clear #1 workhorse backs, so obviously they'll have the numbers to be first team guys. However, I am optimistic about Dunmore and could see him in that workhorse role his junior and senior years.

To N1, he may not have stats to show for last year, but he was a freshman getting carries early in week 1. Clearly Mills and the staff see something in him, so I'm gonna side with Trinitydad and say he's got a bright future.

Dante Kelly of Wes is one guy who I'm anxious to see if he can produce again at an elite level. Im afraid the answer is yes. There is some interest in how he performs after he's been around the league once. DCs now will prepare differently. He was fantastic in his FY.
