There are no good ways to break a three-way tie in football when everyone has one loss and has split with the other two.

And that's only reasonable if you feel like fairness is a criterion.

It'll be a few years before the Rose Bowl Rule would work for the NESCAC, since what it means is that the team that won the tournament or went to the playoffs most recently drops out of the tie.
