First year MMG, played on bad team. Someone has to score. Did well. 2nd year short season. Took a lot of shots. A lot of bad shots. Defense- iffy. Should add to team. All-American? No idea.

I was starting to watch him more often and for longer stretches in preparation for him being in the All-American conversation at the end of the year when he got hurt.

Does that make him an All-American?  Obviously not.  I probably have 100 guys in that zone during the season, but it certainly makes it a possibility.  I had a lot of coaches tell me to pay attention, the kid is legit.

Probably all you need at this point.

Thanks. Just hope he fully recovers. Was a real good matchup for other WIAC teams.

I guess I see LaCrosse out ahead a bit but I don't see anyone else having any grand advantage. Platteville lost a lot and Point doesn't convert as much as you'd think.  Eau Claire lots of newbies. Will be a great league.

When do the WIAC coaches meet to decide predicted order of finish  this season, among other things?

Eli Selk, I remember watching his dad play for Platteville. I think he was part of Bo's last recruiting class.

The purple gold game is tonight. I hope someone makes it and gives us some insight.

The Pointers have a case of the injury bug to start their season.  Cal Krohn, Seth Miron and Isaiah Moore all are out for an unspecified amount of time with different injuries.  They are all expected back by the start of the conference season.  Those are some big shoes to fill while they are out and giving some young guys, as well as Josh Bocher, some extra reps.

When do they start that radio show with the UWSP coach I was able to attend at the Sportsplex last season?  With all the extra time sans chickens, trying to fill up my calendar post sale on 12/4.

Quote from: Greek Tragedy on Yesterday at 06:37:58 PMWow. They're out for 2 months?? Yikes.

The length they are out varies.  Coach Dernbach only said that they would all be back by conference season.
