I want to address some of the comments made about my website on this message board: I put "The Greatest 11 man football coach who ever lived" on my Dad's coaching website for fun. But to the hundreds of football players that he coached he is the greatest football coach that ever lived, and to me he always will be. The reason my father moved from town to town after making losing programs in to winners EVERYWHERE that he coached was because back in those days that is the only way a coach could get to a higher level of coaching. He went from a small high school, to bigger high schools and then My father went from being a High School coach to being the offensive line coach at the University of Wisconsin in 1969. Back in those days a football coach had to pay his dues. Back in those days the offensive line coach in D1 football made 10 thousand dollars a year, not the 80 thousand or so that they make now days.  The old 4-3 defense has two tackles on the strong side because the strong side LB is the last man on the line of scrimmage, it does not matter if you call the strong side tackle a tackle or a defensive end, but for all practical purposes and the proper terminology in that defense is to call him a tackle. As you can see after checking out my website, Kurt Warner is not the only player that my father has coached. He also coached next years' head coach at the University of Wisconsin, Brett Billemia when Brett played in the Arena Football league and he coached the head hockey coach at Saint John's and Olympic Gold Medal winner on the Miracle on ice team John Harrington as well as numerous other players. My Dad's claim to fame is making losing programs in to winners everywhere that he has coached, that is the true meaning of a "great football coach." They call pop "soda" out west here in Las Vegas and in other parts of the country. I am from Minnesota and when I say that I want a "pop" they say "What does that mean?  You can check out my Dad's coaching website out at: www.coachfootballnow.com   I look forward to posting on this message board, and don't hate!

I just noted on the East side the LL boys are having a "Smack Off" today at 5:00PM EST. If such a contest was held here I would put my money on Kilted Rat for being the one from the MIAC to bring the most & most creative smack!

Most of the rest of us have too much Minnesota nice in us :)
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

Time for everyone's favorite prediction game:

What number will be higher on Saturday:

UST 1st downs or Tackles by Dumo?

UST punts or Sacks by Dumo and Good combined?

TD's by Weber or INTs by the Johnnie Defense?

UST 1st downs
UST punts
Weber TDs

A tradition unrivaled...

105,
Thank you for your faith in my smack talking abilities. If anyone would like a reference, I believe that bench is still crying in a gutter somewhere following this gem that I dropped on him last fall:

QuoteOde to UST

In the heart of St. Paul is the home
Of the dumbest MIAC school without a dome.

Lifelong friends of Abercrombie and Fitch
Too bad daddy's money can't buy brains B*tch.

The girls down there are far from prude
But all the guys prefer the company of a dude.

Hence their women for years and years
Come to SJU to drink some beers

Take them home, Johnnies usually do
Only to wake up to something that without make-up looks like poo.

The boys in purple suck at sports especially football
But they are good at playing dress-up with their doll.

The Toms come up north whenever they get the chance
Seems they like a swift kick in the pants.

We beat them, stomp, them, crush them and such
Show them that their football team isn't worth that much.

Beating them every year can become a bore,
But at least they bring plenty a wh...

Fetch me a beer and make it cold
Beating the Tommies never gets old

Stiftungfest before each and every game
Followed by the annual Tommie walk of shame.

Onto the bus for the long ride back
Johnnie cleat marks all over their back

Benchwarmer, don't cry any more
Someday my office will need a janitor

Until then, keep up your smile despite the goofy hat
And don't for get to ask, "Do you want fries with that?"
Now accepting new patients. All bills must be paid in scotch shortly after any services rendered.  Sorry TDT, no problems below the waist.

Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina.

Looks like I will be attending the last GAC game of the year this weekend rather than hitting the rivalry game in the cities. An alumni basketball game on Sunday is too good to pass up so I am making a weekend out of it. Frank, feel free to call for updates.

Off to work I go. Hopefully AI has left me another sweet message.
I don't hate Duke. I just hate all their players, coaches and fans.
