JU and RT-
Nice to have you drop in and visit us. I have to say I've enjoyed the real estate/relationhip combo seminar the last couple of days. And I thought we were prolific posters!
To answer your question...it's impossible to describe TDT in one word.

And re: Wally Alphabet, like Ortiz when he went east, he's just about to turn the corner.  :-*

Oh yea Ortiz!  who got fired at the Twins for that one?!

So whats a good lake house go for in Minnesota these days (2.5 hour max outside Minneapolis)

Much crow has been eaten in the Twins' executive dining room over the Ortiz deal. But the cache they picked up dumping AJ on the Giants redeemed them a bit.
RE on the water runs the gamut because there's so much water. But it depends on a lot of things, lot size, house size, location, which lake. Short answer: $200K to 10 mil.

That is OAC garb as well.  ;D

MIAC garb for a MIAC discount.

OAC garb to park in the handicapped spots.
Now accepting new patients. All bills must be paid in scotch shortly after any services rendered.  Sorry TDT, no problems below the waist.

Hey KR, it's about 50 days 'til the first SJU game. What's your fall schedule looking like?

Fins, Has Tmerton emerged from the Northwoods yet?
I fly any cargo that you can pay to run
The bush league pilots, they just can't get the job done
You've got to fly down the canyon, don't never see the sun
There's no such thing as an easy run

Last I heard he was taken in by a pack of wolves off the Gunflint Trail and was in a howl-off with the alpha-male which lasted into the wee hours of this morning.
No sighting today.

KR,

Let me know your schedule as well.  Maybe you and my son would want to come down to Pella for a game there since collegeville is so far away.  I'd even pay for your ticket :D

September 1st-29th in Portsmouth for Navy Rotation
Sept 30th-Oct 5th in MN
Brother-in-law's wedding Oct 6th (A johnnie should know better than to get married on a Saturday during football season!)
Oct 7th-Nov 2nd in San Diego for another Navy Rotation

After that it's all a mystery.

Dutch04,
I'll have to keep you posted depending on what I end up doing after Nov 2nd, that may be a more likely although less appealing alternative :D

This 82-year-old man comes into my office today, wanting to get his affairs in order.  He's accompanied by his 26-year-old, drop-dead gorgeous wife. His wife remained in the waiting area while the gentleman came back to my office. I asked him, "My Gawd, man, how did you, at your age, land a bombshell like that?"

The old man said, "I told her I was 93."

Despite the menopause comment I just gave you some positive karma! ;D That will help offset all of the smites you will get for even bringing up your karma! Who would have thought that you would long for the good old days of -666! ;)

I was shocked that the menopause comment didn't catch more heat, but then again I'm a gentleman and.......

THAT'S HOW I ROLL!!!!!!!

Ely was great. No howl-off with wolves or llbean tags or gear, though I did talk to some outfitters about doing a canoe and fishing trip next summer with #1 and #2 sons in the BWCAW.  That's an amazing area.

On the drive up to Ely from Duluth we must have seen AT LEAST 7 or 8 cars.  Rush hour up there is nasty!  :)
