Agreed.  I hope he will be provided the resources required to be successful.  Don't think that's been the case in some time.

The resume with junior director of MN USA Wrestling, assistant at STMA & Prior Lake + Head coach at Shakopee will pay dividends on the recruiting trail at least in MN, possibly Upper Midwest.
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

I've been exchanging some emails with Dan O'Brien.  He told me that he designated the head wrestling position as a full-time position when he started as AD, which is a big step in the right direction.  I get the impression that he's fully behind the wrestling program, which is much more than I can say for the previous administration(s).  Time will tell, but I think this is a great move.
