Dragons picked to go down in flames in all the picks today! Interesting occurrence this season...when a Cortland opponent was featured in a write up, the Dragons won. Ie: Brockport, Ithaca, and Endicott. When the Red Dragons were spoken of...v Susquehanna, we lost! I'll take the picks against us as press for Alma and let my superstitious ways let me sleep well tonight!

Nice predictions column! Sometimes it's good to be the underdog, although one of the guys liked our odds! Less than 2 hours to kickoff! Stumbled on a Chanel called "The D3 Zone" on YouTube! They had a bunch of highlight clips from throughout the season and playoffs!

Good luck to Cortland today. While my soul has been torn from my very body with the departure of John Poppe from Union I will remain positive and hope for the best from the Red Dragons today. I believe wholeheartedly it's their D that is going to have to play their best to get the W today.

Wow! How many seasons did he put in? Looks to be a battle of all offenses at the moment! Each squad had one defense stop but it's been all offensive play so far!

One would think Cortland would be prepared for Alma tempo .......sheesh. Look a tad confused defensively. A tad? How bout a  bunch. Could go down to whom has the ball last. We're 34-all at the break.

This game is totally awesome tied 34-34 at half. I think the Cortland offense can prevail over Alma, but only if they protect the ball. One of these teams will have their hearts broken after scoring 50+ points.

A fantastic effort by the Cortland Red Dragons today. When the opposition gets tougher every coach, every player, every fan wants their team to play a perfect game. Cortland was near perfect today. Way to represent the Empire State.

HUGE congratulations to Cortland today on a very impressive 2nd round win over an explosive offensive team in Alma. This was one for the ages for the Red Dragons and I couldn't be happier for them! A big +k XRED!

Best offensive performance by an Eastern team in many, many years. Cortland has a good chance in the next round against Randolph Macon if they avoid turnovers again and the defense makes a few big plays. Just getting to the Championship game would be awesome. Good luck

House money at this point! The playoffs started for Cortland when Brockport week came up! This season has been a grind and with the exception of 4.5 minutes, this team and played pretty damn great. I was lucky enough to be on the 97 team when we made the playoffs. Lost to TCNJ after we rolled them in the regular season. That was still an awesome experience...but watching this team has been just as exciting!
