Also, sales reps represent the straw which stirs the drink of this thing we call life.

Without sales reps, LD11 would have a shelf full of crappy product with no sales.  He still has the crappy product, but the sales reps make him look good and keep things movin'!!

WORD

I'm not saying that Sales Reps are not crucial, I just wish sometimes they actual did some of the technical research so they don't sell something we can't do, then blame it on the operations team.  And I wish they weren't salesmen ALL the time.  And I wish they had to deal with the customers AFTER they sell the product, instead of me putting out their fires.  And i wish they didn't all think their weiners were huge.

I'm in sales and I wear boxer-briefs.....I'm also Irish...when people start talking about weiners, I try to change the subject.

Why would E8Nation be offended by the Pitino comment?  I really don't like the guy (I mean, he did coach at Kentucky and then in Boston) but will say that he was put into a terrible situation.  If I were the C's, I would fire everyone in the FO and just start over.  Otherwise, looks like Ainge is going to be betting on ping pong balls for the forseeable future.  Maybe he and Elgin Baylor can split a hotel room to save money...

Pitino made a bad situation terrible.  He is a piece of garbage and belongs in college.

AMEN Lewdogg... wouldn't a salesman be a better salesment if he knew the capabilities of the plants he represents? you'd think that would make sound business practice.

gro has a bidness trip next week so he is trying to get all his TPS reports done, but may have to pull saturday duty to "empty the plate". Stoopid short weeks, why not give us the whole week off?

Did you get the memo on the new cover sheets for the TPS reports?

I know.

Although, I would suspect that you have a sneaking suspicion, not creepy suspicion.

Only dudes that look like this give you a "creepy suspicion"

U89 and LD11.

We have yet to discuss the beloved New York Yankees and how fantastic they are.  I mean do those guys deserve this or what?

bman

Speaking from experience, Bman has found that there is nothing better for a business than a forthright and knowledgeable sales or client rep and nothing more detrimental and damaging than one without those qualities.  Unfortunatley the latter is much more prevalent in todays world than the former.   Bman has spent countless hours cleaning the mess left by sales reps "doing anything" to get the sale....and unfortunately (usually) the damage trail left by the latter involves may people to fix and make right.
