I am refering to UAA schools or eslewhere coming knocking at his door...

Also, most coaches stay at a school more than a year before looking for the next step.

In the current NPI standings, after the loss to Drew yesterday, Scranton drops only to #29 overall and #13 within the pool C candidates. Projected Landmark pool A winner Catholic is #21 overall.

There's a great meme from Dumb & Dumber when Jim Carrey is getting shot down by Lauren Holly...
"You mean there's a chance"???  ;D

From the you don't see that every day department.

In saturday's game, Juniata was assessed a techincal for too many men on the court. Not to be confused with too many men on the ice in hockey! Never saw that before.

Last time I saw that was when I was an assistant coach for my brother's team of fifth and sixth graders. We sent a guy up to go check into the game and he was so excited that he forgot he had to wait for the game to stop before going on the floor. (Charlie Gorilla -- I have not forgotten the kid's name!)

Updated NPI rankings:  Scranton #25 overall and #11 within the pool C candidates. Projected Landmark pool A winner Catholic is #33 overall. Drew is #43 overall and #24 in pool C.

Greek Tragedy

I saw Catholic's Jamie Ntiamoah in this weekend's box score. He's been out for nearly 2 months. Could be a huge boost for the Cardinals in their stretch run.

Great comeback by the Royals, who were down by 19 at one point. That has to be one of the largetst comebacks in history. They dug themselves a hole in the first half and it looked to be over early at the John Long Center, but the shots started goign down and they slowly chipped away at the lead.

Etown on Saturday in the frigid temps.

Great Day to be a Royal

Great comeback by the Royals. They stayed in it, slowly chipped away, and you could see once they got within 7, they sensed they had the Hounds reeling. Credit to Moravian in the 1st half, as they were quite impressive.

Not as meaningful as the 18 point NCAA comeback from 11-12

I was at this game along with a number of Lady Royals who made the trip on a student bus. The Royals got a break that night when the home team(William Paterson) was upset by Becker in the other game. So, the Royals then won easily the next night on a neutral court rather than playing the home court team. Emotion then carried over with the home court victory over Middlebury before losing the Elite 8 game to Cabrini.

Today's loss by the Royals should officially put to rest any further talk of the Scranton men hosting a first round tournament weekend even if they somehow end up winning the Landmark.

Twenty five years & counting without the men ever earning the right to host>:(

Unbelievable.
