The Royals did shoot the ball well like 48% FG and 50% 3pt FG.The Free throws 11-15 Etown to Scrantons 4-4 is very lopsided for being home.Pick up the pieces because Lycoming would love to spoil your day next.

Another comeback win for the Royals @ Lycoming after being down 15 @ the half.
Catholic loses @ Susque in OT, so the Landmark tightens up even more with 7 teams competing for 6 playoff berths.

All I can say to that is:

The NCAA better revert back to the eye test.  8-)
Either mens basketball as a whole is horrible this year (which I don't think is true) or...
Scranton is way, way over-rated (which I think is true).
I mean my God, they're barely beating teams with 2 conference wins right now.  :o

This is the rating the NCAA will be using this season whether or not it provides the 40 strongest teams and with or without Scranton in that group by any other measures.

If you look at their rating on Massey their actual rating is 50 spots higher than their power rating. So far it hasn't happened yet but a disparity that big usually means regression to the mean. Just something to keep an eye on.

Royal's looked lethargic , slow, and got beat to every rebound in the first half.

No Spatola (?) probably hurt them a little bit too.

So I watch alot of games on Flo sports and alot of courts named after coaches that did amazing things at that school. You cant deny that Bess and Strong didnt put the U on the map. So my question is when  will the University finally make it Bessior/Strong court at the Long Center?  Was watching Wash U tonight and it is named Edwards/Fahey court as well. What a pleasure I had talking to her at the hotel in Springfield and the talk we had about Taryn Mellody and what a great player she was according to a great coach like her to say that ...

Position day in the Landmark for playoff byes, home court games, and berths at all:
Susque v Scranton, Catholic v Drew, and Wilkes v Etown.

how do we look after today's games?

After the win today(#12 in the conference), Scranton clinches a home game in the playoffs, at a minimum. Winning the same # of the remaining 2 games as Drew would give Scranton a bye in the 1st round and a home game in the semis.

Tim the Enchanter

They're currently alone in 2nd place and can finish no worse than third.

If they win out, they will be first in the conference with the tiebreaker over Catholic.  (A tall order with Wilkes and Catholic on the horizon).

Drew holds the tiebreaker over Scranton; Catholic holds the tiebreaker over Drew.
