Best of luck to Susquehanna & CUA.

Still waiting on hearing if the Scranton men are hosting or if they'll be on the road?
The Selection Show must be interrupted because I haven't seen any additional updates since yesterday.  ;D

Lmao. Maybe the ECAC? Never mind that would be more coaching(another hassle and time ) for Danzing!!!! When will the dead weight go ????

Scranton finished 6th out from the last at-large berth after losing their final 3 games, 2 at home, v teams that they were 3-3 in the regular season. Winning 1 of those 3 might have gotten them into the tourney.

Coaching still matters.
Some schools have it, some clearly don't.

Congrats to Ben Robinson landmark rookie of the year.

Scranton has the ROY 2 of the past 3 years.

Susquehanna pulled the ole one and done after running into a buzzsaw in Redlands.

But the CUA Cardinals are still rolling..

Not that the River Hawks would have won but Mario Castro-Sanchez reinjured his knee in the Wilkes game and will probably need another surgery.  But the Redlands matchup wasn't ideal. Bigger AND faster is, needless to say, problematic. My son is a pretty big point guard in the Landmark at 6'2" but he'd be tied for the shortest on their roster. Susquehanna did earn the matchup with the 2-7 record in January so can't really complain.

Catholic's opening round win does extend the Landmark's streak of winning at least one game to at least 7 years I believe (not including the COVID season).

River Hawks will look completely different next year with the graduation of 6 seniors.  They had a really good recruiting class this year but unfortunately 5 of the 9 were hurt most of the year so didn't get much experience. But they'll be much more athletic so should be higher tempo.

Susque had a good season within a competitive conference, took advantage of the Moravian loss @ Juniata, and earned their way into the Big Show. Always nice to have that experience. Appreciate your contributions to the Landmark board. Best wishes!

I'd echo what Ronk said above.

Also since there has been a lot of back and forth about FloSports, curious your thoughts as a parent and the pay per view model?

Thanks, it was a very fun four years and went fast. I won't be going anywhere though. I've been hooked on D3 ever since we started researching the schools that were recruiting my son. I just wish I had discovered it earlier.

Not a fan of the paywall but I can afford it. But, I've said this before, I don't know if my son would have ended up at Susquehanna if we would have had to pay to watch their games back then. And I think it hurts community engagement. I'm sure there are a lot of fans that won't cough up the money to watch the games online. Out of sight out of mind. And it's not like the broadcasts have been hugely upgraded by FloSports.
