Quote from: Ryan Scott (Hoops Fan) on Yesterday at 03:25:38 PMThere's a decent chance I'll be up at Scranton on Friday.  If it happens, I'll look forward to seeing you all.

We'll be looking for you; Gordon Mann has been such a visitor(NCAA tourney) in the past.

In the 1st round, Scranton plays Framingham St @ 8:30 pm after Otterbein v Randolph-Macon @ 6 pm. Historically, this round @ Scranton was an hour earlier in the past.

An extra hour for the students to party before the game.  ;D

Regarding the bracketing...

I really like what the committee put together.
They clearly mixed & matched wherever they could & created some interesting pods.
Who know, the Lady Royals could be knocked out in the first round but this looks far better than some of the earlier mock brackets I saw.

The one school that may not be very thrilled is Smith.

ronk

Smith @ Bates in the 2nd round is a very tough match and Smith is the women's chair this year.

Hopefully the students show up.

Ronk when get a first round break down?
A school without football is in danger of deteriorating into a medieval study hall.

Don't know anything about Framingham St or its players, save that they're ranked 63 of the 64 teams in the tourney.
Ryan Scott will be out with his preview of the entire bracket in the next few days.

For what it's worth...
Their top scorer is a Jersey girl.  8-)

Obviously at this stage of the season you can't look past anyone, but 10 losses is a lot.

Additionally.....

We had Framingham St. as an opening round game in the 2024 tournament when our current seniors were soph's.
Won that game 60-39.

Forgot about that game even though I was there. They scored 11 in the 1st 5 mins and then only 28 more for the rest of the game.

I'm surprised that didnt happen when he was being investigated for the bull**** he did to those young women. It was an article about how he mistreated some players. First opening and many more to come ...
