If you are on Twitter check out Susquehanna womems basketball and what Gabby Holko thinks about the new system( NPI) and how the old way would have noticed they beat two teams playoff bound by 18 and 19 points. Anyway just go on and read it. But anyway I guess the NPI did not matter when selecting the top 16 teams to host because they have the 42nd according to NPI hosting . So I guess thry will pick and chose when they need to . Either follow it throughout or don't! Did Susquehanna women put a bid in for the ecac?

 If you're talking about Hardin-Simmons, they're the highest ranked in that pod, so they needed to, especially when 7 higher ranked teams were eliminated fron hosting because their men's teams are hosting. Saves a flight.

Yes many teams ahead of them that could of hosted ronk. If they are going by a system for picking teams well guess what go by the system for the whole thing..Not only when it fits their narrative.Let them be consistent in following there own system. I'm  sure from 42 down other teams could have hosted.

The NCAA budget people didn't allow the committee to fly a team into Texas to host that pod and also fly a lower-seeded team out to play elsewhere.

None of this is related to Susquehanna not having a high enough NPI to make the field.
