CUC beat North Park in 3 straight sets
WLC split, losing to UW-Whitewater and beating Elmhurst
Edgewood lost to ranked U of Chicago and UW-Oshkosh, respectively

WLC split with 2 NAIA squads, beating IA Wes and losing to Cardinal Stritch
Dominican beat Williams at Brandeis
CUW split, (one of the wins was over MWC favorite Beloit)
CUC lost to Marian U (too early to tell just yet if the Sabres are poised for a move upward)

Take on 9/14 NAthCon match-ups:

WLC @ Edgewood:  WI Eagles' Palmer & Co will provide an interesting opening in-conference test on the road. for the Warriors.
Aurora @ Benedictine:  On paper IL Eagles would be favored at home.
CUC @ Rockford:  Somethin's gonna give, both of these teams are in a bit of a slump going into this one. Going with CUC
MSOE @ Dominican:  Methinks the Stars are on a mission to reach a higher level after last season. They should open up with a win here.

Non-conference:  Marian @ Ripon:  This poster watched CUW and Ripon play a set that went to 35-33 last season. Marian also will be looking to break out of a mini-slump.
