Statistically Monmouth is the No. 1 defense in the country. Really hoping for a good showing by the Johnnies today!

45 and cloudy in Western Oregon. I'm ready for some Johnnie Football! Go Johnnies!

Bethel up 14-0 early in the 1st. Drews with a td run and a pass.

Bethel looks dominating

RoyalsFan

Coe comes back with a long td pass. 14-7

Thank goodness for old man bladders. Unfortunately the game isn't viewable overseas. I'm old school with VOJ.

Drews with his 2nd rushing td, missed PAT. 20-7 still in the 1st quarter.

St John's leads Monmouth 21-3 early in the 2nd quarter. Monmouth's only loss of the season was their opener against Wartburg - a 21-7 loss.

RoyalsFan

Coe has no answer for the Bethel offense, Bethel has scored on every possession so far. Drews to Rundell for a 55 yard td. 30-7

Johnnies doing everything they can do to let Monmouth hang around.

Feeney not looking good in the 2nd quarter

Feels like Trey's interception was a turning point for the worse. St John's needs to keep Monmouth off of the board in these last 2 minutes of the first half. 21-9, Johnnies.

Thought that I had posted this, but apparently not. Feeney just threw his second interception of the day. We have played like garbage for the majority of the 2nd quarter. Fortunately we blocked an extra point try and a field goal attempt. Likely going to be 21-9 at the half. Johnnies receive after the break.

RoyalsFan

Bethel up 30-7 at the half. Could have been more but Coe got an interception in the red zone just before the half.

SJU has abandoned the running game...again.

Coe with a blocked punt and short td run but Drews to Rundell again for 50 yard td. Bethel up 37-14.
