With 10 minutes left in the first half, the stats are pretty even: 5-5 shots, 3-3 shots on goal, and 1-1 on corners.  Still 2-0 with CWRU in the lead.

In the Case Western vs Hope game, the score shows CWRU up 2-0, but the game feels a little more even then that.

Hope scores a goal with 21 minutes left to bring the score CWRU 2 - Hope 1.  Goal scored by #28 Alexis Suptela.

However, that would not be enough because Case Western, despite giving up a goal played better in the second half.

CWRU outshot Hope 9-3 in the second half and 5-1 shots on goal.

Now, Case Western needs to get ready for tomorrow's game against Calvin at 4:30.

Case Western maybe bit off a little more than they could chew playing back to back games and having to face Calvin on day two in Michagan. 

Calvin out shot them today 17-4 and 9-4 shots on goal and a whopping 17-3 on corners!  With all that advantage in the stats, Calvin is able to come away with just a one goal advantage and secure a home win 2-1 over CWRU.

This may be the result that will allow Calvin to get back into the top 25.
