Trinity up 7-4, ETBU batting with two outs B10, routine grounder to SS but 1B drops the low throw (edit: error charged to the SS).  Tying runner comes to the plate with runners at the corner.

Ron Boerger

ETBU ends up loading the bases but the PH ended up striking out swinging.  The SCAC is also assured a representative in the D3CWS as McMurry will travel to San Antonio.

Regional winners tomorrow

Ron Boerger

Impressive, Dr. T.  Thanks!

#19; #80; Rhodes A* #40 SAA

Rhodes had won 2 games in the SAA tourney and had beaten both Millsaps and Centre. Thus, they won a "single elimination" tourney. I honestly believe that 2 losses in a double elimination tourney would have dropped them below Redlands at #43. Millsaps at #23 and Centre at #13 could have sustained another loss and still earned a Pool C bid.
