So, just a usability suggestion for the D3Football.com site.

When I look at the menus across the top of the site, and I hover over "Scores," I see "Full Scores," "Top 25," "Standings" - not sure what that's doing there - and then a sub-menu for each of the conferences, so that, for example, I can select "Liberty League" and see all of the LL scores.

Awesome. Well laid-out (except the odd "Standings" thing), very easy to find the scores that are important to me.

When I hover over "Teams" I see a completely different and far less helpful structure: "All Teams," "Region 1," "Region 2," etc.

As a more-than-casual fan of D3 Football...these regions mean absolutely nothing to me. Maybe some people know the regions by heart; I sure as heck don't. I think my team is in region 2, but if I want to look for a team from the MIAA, I have no idea what region that is in.

Why not have the exact same sub-menu here that you have on the "Scores" menu? I'd live to select "Liberty League" and be taken to a page containing the LL standings with each of the teams hot-clickable to a page for that team, their schedule/results, news, etc.

Anyway, thanks for the great site!

Yeah, Standings is on there because we got complaints that people couldn't find it, so we added it in ... extra places.

In that Teams menu, does the Conferences page help you get what you want? I could move that further up the list to help as well. Making a menu that has 28 options is tough on usability for people, but it makes sense for scores.

Thanks for the quick response.

Moving the conferences up to underneath All Teams would be helpful. Or even a Standings link there, underneath Teams, would be helpful, since I'm personally often looking for standings when I select that menu.

But the Conferences link, as is , seems a little buried; I didn't even notice it there the first handful of times I used the Teams menu. So moving it up would definitely help.

Thanks!
