They just flashed this score on the bottom line on CBS' pregame coverage of the SEC game.  Much as I'd like to see the score the other way around, its still very cool to see Wartburg on national TV.

Congrats to the Knights on a great season.  Not only did you make it into the 3rd round of the playoffs but you took the defending national champs deep into the 4th quarter.  You can be very proud of this team and their effort.

Congrats to my knights on a very fine season after starting out 3-2 and everyone thinking the sky was falling.  
winning 2 road games in the playoffs and being down 3 with 13:00 left today is saying something for the Knights and the IIAC.

We had a lot of momentum going in the 2nd half up until that blocked FG which led to their TD-
10 pt swing there was Huge

Also, I've never in my life seen a play blown dead on an int return because their was a PI on the play.

I completly take back all the smart ass things I said all week. You got one hell of a good team. The score doesn't come close to telling how close this game was. Hats off to Wartburg.

Good game by the Knights today.  They played great in the middle two quarters, and if they put together a full game I think they would have had a real good shot at taking down the defending champs.  Just too many mistakes by the Knights today.  Credit UWW for taking advantage, since at least 4 of their scores came on short fields.

Great season overall by Wartburg.  Its been said before, but to come from where this team was in mid-October to where they are now is a pretty big statement.  A lot of credit goes to the seniors and the coaching staff for their leadership throughout the year.  Hopefully getting this far into the postseason will make the underclassmen hungry to do it again, help bring in an outstanding recruiting class, and give the IIAC a little more postseason respect.
