Agree that parking is a pain, especially if you arrive late.  I still dream that we will spend some money on the visitor side for both facilities and to get the visiting team "locker room" out of that ancient pool changing room.  There are now usually portapotties on the visitor side, a food trailer, and you can use the restrooms in the Bell Center next to the baseball field behind the stands.  Not great but some improvement over years past.

There have been talks about building a fieldhouse, but it will probably come at the expense of the non-varsity tennis courts and/or some of the limited student parking next to the outdoor pool.

It is still loads better than TLU :D.  It shocked me the first time I went there and the team was setting up pop up tents so they didn't have to trek across campus during half time...

Maryville beating Trinity would actually hurt UMHB's already slim pool C chances because Maryville is #26 and might actually jump UMHB in that scenario, while Trinity is in with or without a win.

That's just one of many things we'd need to go our way.

Needs:

Wabash to beat Depauw
Central to beat Coe
Cortland to beat Ithaca
Brockport to beat Utica
North Park to beat Wheaton
Endicott to beat Curry
Merchant Marine to beat Coast Guard
Alma to beat Adrian

Probably need 5 or 6 of those things to happen to even get close to having a chance. Still maybe not enough.

Everything else is plausible.

Good luck.

Don't get rid of the pool room! It didn't happen last year but I remember walking by at half time years ago and got to hear some colorful conversations about what needed to improve if they wanted to win ;D

Don't even see him on the roster?  Was he even on the roster?

Ron Boerger

He was last year, lol.  https://cruathletics.com/sports/football/roster/dakarion-judge/11677

Don't see any stats for him this year, out injured most of last year, JV the year before.  Should have researched before posting this.

Kinda interesting he only has 2 years of elegibility left. Hope he finds a good home. Saw some good stuff and he reminded me of another slot wr from orange...

Of those 8 games listed above, I see that 7 are realistic, but I'm thinking only 4-5 of those actually happen.  Will it be enough to lift UMHB.......what were the odds like last year?

Logan Hansen's model gives us a 2% chance of getting a pool C bid... We are gonna need some chaos!

I wonder if UMHB had 1 more win versus a 4-6 or 5-5 at best McMurry would make the difference.
Will Schreiner field a team next year?

According to their last release, they will play a "full ASC schedule" next year.

I asked Logan Hansen about that last week and he said that if UMHB had played McMurry and Brevard (or similar teams) instead of the NAIA teams and won then we would have been most likely just in with a 7-2 record instead of 5-2.

Well, this was the last year for the double round robin but they will have to find 5 Non-conf games instead of 4 next year.

I wish they would do a double round robin with the new teams. That would eliminate the necessity to finding non-conference opponents at all. Needing 5 opponents next year, we're going to be in even worse position than we were in 2024 and 2025 having to fill out the schedule with a bunch of non-D3 teams.
