Watching the JCU vs RM playoff game.

JCU has a LOT of pre-snap shifts and motions.  They have two big TEs that can block and catch so they can be very versitile.

They run some Tackle Over sets where the "backside OL" ends up being an Eligible TE.

Mount Defense needs to make sure they are recognizing all of the different formations and offensive strengths and make sure they are aligned properly.

Game was 14-6 at half, JCU figured it out in the second half.

how Matt Campbell can bring in the black and white of Perry to Penn State will be the interesting thing to watch...that and which Mount Union alumni coaches are moving around the country when the Campbell domino finally falls

If Campbell does leave, it would be very interesting to see if Iowa State is interested in Toledo and staff.  Most of the "names" out there have moved on, got raises, or are recently suffering from getting let go.  There are a couple solid names in the MAC.  I just wonder if Penn State was ever interested in Hartline at OSU, and if so, why did he go elsewhere? I do know that Penn State made a few coaches a lot of money!

wasn't Candle "hired" at Iowa State back in the day and then went back to Toledo?  Bringing Candle from Toledo would seem like a great continuity hire for Iowa State in the greatest era of their football program.

I might have started the JCU gameday a little early, but I thought there was something with Candle following Campbell to ISU and then being hired back as the HC at Toledo within a day or something

between Pierre, Cecil and Kyle Miller's NFL contracts and Sirianni, Candle, VK, Grinch and Campbell's new monster deal...that Mount-UWW run keeps getting more and more documentary worthy.  Tens and tens of millions of dollars contractually......D3FB will never see that peak again
