Attention fantasy football players: your secret is out of the bag.

Maybe this is old news (I finally received last week's SI today; it usually comes Thursday), but David Sabino's FF "Market Watch" spotlights Pierre as a rising pick. ;)

Pierre just scored his first NFL touchdown!!!

Guess I got that note in just in time; and guess Sabino wasn't blowin' smoke! ;D

I hope everybody got to see Pierre catch his first NFL touchdown pass tonight.  Wow, it was sweet.  8)
Manning even talked about it on the sidelines with ESPN reporter after the game.
I also gotta say nobody is a smarter player than Peyton Manning.  Eli's pretty great too.
Peyton even has a PBK key, which should impress any NCAC fans lurking on the board.  :-*

JK

Gents-

I know a lot of you know my mom from your days together at Mount.  Just wanted to let you know my grandfather, her father, passed away tonight.  He was 86 and not doing well, so we knew the time was close, but it's always a shock.

She'll probably be in Mansfield with her mom taking care of arrangements for the next few days, but if you see her around town in the near future, please give her your condolences.

From the espn.com game story:

"Pierre was patient," Manning said. "He was more talkative than he had been all game, saying, 'I can beat him. I can beat him.' Of course we didn't get many possessions, but he came up big when we really needed him."

Congrats to Pierre!  Hopefully the first of many.

JK,

Very sorry to hear about your grandfather.  You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

Knightstalker

JK, prayers with you and your family.

As an East region fan Garcon has killed me for three years, now as a Dolphin fan he kills me again.  I hate that guy!   ;D

But the Dolphins should have won that game, that was some of the worst 3 minutes I have ever seen at the end of an NFL game, and they still had a shot to win it.  Tuna did not look happy, I wonder if he visits practice this week.

Last night's game reminded me of Mount v. Augustana in regards to time of possession.  It was great to see Pierre make a big play.

JK,

Your family will be in my prayers this week.  May the soul of your grandfather, and the souls of all the departed, rest in eternal peace.

I just caught part of the breakdown of Garcon's touchdown and besides Ron Jaworski saying he was rookie, they also said that Manning called an audible for that play.  Not bad to have the smartest quarterback audibling for you as the game is on the line.
