sure mt union has been to quite a few satgg bowls and that is impressive. sure whitewater doesnt have the experience to match that and is new to the whole scene.

a few things i will say to ww's credit though is they went 7-0 in the WIAC, one of the toughest conferences in d3 and the first team to do so in 10 years. they beat the #3 team in the country convincingly and folloed it up the next week winning against a very tough #1 team on the road. whitewater has only had 2 close games all year. they have one of the highest ranked offenses in d3 with a defense that forces a lot of turnovers.

yeah we havent been "there" yet, but thats where we've been. we know mt union won'te be a cakewalk, but you better believe whitewater wont be a cakewake for you either

You're late.  I took that picture down about a month ago.  The ONU helmet has been proudly posted for quite some time so do cap99fan a favor and take that pic down.  It's killing him.

You are right, I should have remembered that. I have already changed the picture. Defensive Safety from today's game I think. Although, I removed the Muc/Cap picture way sooner than you removed yours. I guess it is ok though, since your team did beat the last streak MUC had going (except for the road winning streak).

Interesting fact (to me at least). This weekend has turned into a family battle between my wife (MUC 97) and I (MUC 94) vs. my sister (UWW 96) and my brother in law (UWW 97). Too bad I can't talk them into meeting us in Salem this coming weekend, but we just sold our house and have to be out by the 21st.

I think I finally know why Jorris beat out Randy Mason at the QB position this year.

Check out this grill on Mason's Helmet:

Looks like Brad Johnson.  ;D

Blue Streaker

John Carroll may have been the brunt of Mounts best game of the year, but they put the wood to Ohio Northern who did the same to Mount.

OAC second best beat the NCAC best.  NCAC has a long way to go.

Results for the Semi's and the spread for the Stagg has been posted.

If Whitewater thinks the Stagg was won vs Linfield then their in for a rude awakening.

GO MOUNT

Just my humble opinion, but looking at what happened today, I don't think WW thinks that way.  But, I could be wrong.

Not to bring up old news but what was it that UWW coach did/said that angered Coach K a few years ago? I think that Whitewater will have all they can handle and more this coming Saturday.

But, "this is why they play the game!"  Take away MU's history, and there are many similarities, don't you think???  BTW who is the home team - and able to wear their black jerseys?

Kira & Jaxon's Dad

Last two times MUC was in the Stagg they were the away team.

In 2002 they wore White/White vs. Trinity.
In 2003 they wore White/Purple vs. St. Johns.

What do you mean "take away MU's history"? You can't take it away. That history is what keeps this year's players trying to carry on the tradition.

Well my tickets are in the East stands which I assume means MOunt will be visitors, but we all know that SALEM is our second home!  ;) hehehe

GO RAIDERS !!

Wow, I set you up royaly for that one...what I was really referring to is that if you take a careless glance at this one, each team might think their looking at a uniform mirror-image when they play. The use of black/purple is very similar. I think it's a compliment to you guys since WW is the one trying to look like you.  I in no way intended to take away MU's rich & unique football history that no one can match.

mtfan

Kmic  855 yds rushing through the playoffs!! awesome! and if he doesnt get one called back today he's well over 900!
