I either read the schedule incorrectly or it has changed. UMW now plays SVU after the CNU/RMC/CNU gauntlet.

As far as I can tell, that beer is not named after the Pointers or UW-Stevens Point.

Titan Gold, by Fox River Brewing, is named for the UW-Oshkosh Titans.

Pat, That's true. But probably still worth a try. LOL.

What a game! CNU comes out on top!

UMW's Robinson got into early foul trouble and still dropped in 25 in 26 minutes. Young also popped for 26.

But the star by far...TOA!

His stat line coming off the bench:
37 minutes

12-22 from the field
6-9 from 3
13-13 at the line
8 rebounds
3 assists
Only 1 turnover
1 blocked shot

43 points!

Physical game! Well played by both teams. If Robinson doesn't get into foul trouble this is a different game.

And the best part. Looking at both rosters...  Hines of CNU is the only senior on either roster

I agree it was a great game. Having Kye get early fouls didn't seem to hurt at first (when he went out UMW was down by 4 and they then went up by about 8 at one point and ultimately tied at half when he sat last 9 minutes of 1st half) but by second half he couldn't play defense and every CNU player just drove right at him every time. Toa had amazing game and carried the team. Still a good effort by both teams, albeit a bit sloppy at times with a lot of turnovers and ball drops. UMW has Macon next and then CNU at their house next. Good practice for tournament time.
