Rain wasn't bad until 4th qt. I'm trying to figure out how to post pics on here to show a telling tale concerning the rain.

Wow. I listened to the game while driving on vacation- eventually will end up in Vermont for the game next week.

Can't wait to see stats and write ups. CNU could have cashed it in numerous times but they kept fighting.

This game final did not sit well with me, I watched from the stands. So many questionable calls by the refs marred the game. The dagger was the Questionable Pass Interference call on 4th down to give CNU the opportunity to tie the game. Rowan should have won this game IMO, and I'll die on that hill.
Also a bit disappointing to see how the CNU players were celebrating after the win, rather foolish and immature, didn't expect that from CNU
While on one hand, it was great to see Rowan go toe-to-toe with an ultra talented CNU program, Rowan's shot at the NJAC title is just about zilch now
Go Rowan! Brown & Gold!

Great game from the Seagulls against a good TCNJ team. I forgot that the new HC for TCNJ was a former W&L guy. I think that helped the Seagulls tremendously being able to see the same offense from earlier in the year. Defensively, the Seagulls played a solid game, there were some explosives that I'm sure upset the DC, but holding TCNJ who has been running rampant all season well below their season average was a huge confidence build. Looking ahead to Homecoming against Kean, I expect Kean to try to air it out similar to what it did last year with the RPO and passes to the flats and delayed crossers in the middle. This will be Salisbury first test against a team that will throw the ball more than 40 times. This is going to be a good test for the secondary who has at times allowed deep outs and passes to the flats which is more of a schematic issue rather than a skill issue. Offensively I expect Salisbury to continue to dominate in both the run game and pass game. Salisbury OC has been calling great plays over the last 2 to 3 years. I think the next step is for better execution on the short passes by the QB to the WRs and RBs. They will need to be able to execute those type of passes instead of the big play passing plays. If there was a serious concern, I'd have to say special teams, special teams, especially kicking/punting/snapping/holding has been putting forth a very lack luster performance this year. Hopefully those areas gets fixed before it comes back to hurt the team in close games. Having poor special teams play is not something that you typically see from Salisbury.
