And I would say doing things one enjoys, such as these tables, and speculating, should not be referred to as a waste of time...... ;)

Are you referring to what I said a few pages back, hopefan? If so, here is what I said:

"I think I must be jealous that my mind is incapable of processinig all these possible scenarios. It's a great analytical exercise, but other than that I don't much see the point...But for those of you who enjoy it, have at it."

My fault, Yjak, not his. Look back a few messages and you will see that I said that you thought that it was a waste of time, although you did not actually say that as such.  ;D He was referring to my comment.

Of course, all we have to do is wait until Wed. night, when WU beats MU, and all this is moot, and Yjak is right in that all we do with this speculation is waste a lot of time.

This is my quote to which Hopefan was referring. I am to blame.  :P

Thanks for clearing my name, furbug.

I do understand that for those who like to do that sort of thing it is fun. And if you're having fun, then you're usually not wasting time. Perhaps there are other things one should be doing instead at the moment, but the joy of the exercise is more powerful.

Wednesday nite will be MU's last Senior Nite in the SLIAC, they host Webster.

Only MU doesn't have any Seniors. ( based on Lawley having 1 more year / to play)

Big Nite for MU Women's team. may make for a good crowd.

And WC goes to FU on the last nite. A very special Senior Nite.

Fogerty, McCoy and Storandt. Hell of a class. Hell of a run. Thanks Guys.

FC - you are the best person to ask about this -

is the SLIAC playoff schedule already determined, or do they wait to see who makes it, who is hosting in an effort to let fans see both games of a particula school.

I believe someone told me the ladies semis were Thursday, Men Friday, ladies finals Saturday aft, Mens final Saturday evening......Is that correct?  Unfortunately that is my month end weekend, and it will help my planning to know the timing of the games up front if possible....Particularly if we end up traveling to Fulton....

When we started the Post Season Tournament five or six years ago, we wanted to set up the schedule so fans of one school did not have to chose between watching their Men's or Women's team play. Hence the Women play the semi-finals on Thursday this year, the Men play theirs on Friday, the Women's championship game is in the afternoon on Saturday, and the Men's championship game is in the evening on Saturday. That way no fan has to miss any of the six games. If the conference hasn't changed the original idea, then it would be reversed next year with the Men playing their semis on Thursday and the championship game Saturday afternoon, and the Women playing on Friday and Saturday evening.

That's good news - given an early start for the women, say 1:00, it still gives ample time to get over to Fulton (if that's where it is)  -  of course in Men are at Font or Webster, no problem...

Thanks for the link JAdaPrince. What is the injury that is keeping Hrdlicka from suiting up?
