Will Ryan (Bo's son) will be named UW GB head coach according to  WBAY TV. Ryan has been HC at Wheeling University a D2 school in West Virginia. He played his Freshman and Sophomore years at Platteville. Interesting hire for the Phoenix.

Very interesting to say the least, I had speculated myself if he would be interested in a job like Augustana.  He seemed very happy where he was in La Crosse from everything I have heard.

Coach Dernbach does have some coaching ties to Illinois... He was Director of Basketball Operations/assistant at Northern Illinois.

Former Milwaukee King and current St Louis CC  6'3" G, Tyrail Trussell, will continue his basketball career at Whitewater.

With a huge recruiting class as well as not very many graduating seniors, you have to think Whitewater won't be returning everyone with eligibility left.  Right now, I think the roster sits at around 23.

Auburndale 6'0 G, Cooper Weinfurter, has committed to UWSP.

Cooper is a 3 time 1st team All Conference pick in the Marawood South as well as Co-Conference Player of the Year as a Senior.  He picked UWSP over La Crosse.
