Unless I totally spaced, the Johnnies didn't wear blue jerseys or red pants at all this season.   ???

I wore my blue jersey today--it's now 2-0 in MIAC Championship games.  :o
I believe you are correct. I like the blue jerseys once a year. Hate the red pants.

I don't expect to see either in the playoffs.

Anyone know when tomorrow and where the playoff selection show will be telecast/streamed?

SJU played a gem of a game today.....could be a fun playoff run.

Congrats to SJU!

I think with a healthy Roste, it's a dogfight, but with SJU mostly on their game (save the turnovers) and knowing that Roste came into the game really not able to take a hit, BU didn't stand a chance.

I don't think Bethel gets in, which is a bummer, but also probably saves them another loss without a healthy Roste.

Hopefully Trost is able to return - there's definitely something to be said for peaking at the right time of the year, maybe SJU is on that?

Wonder if that is the last we'll see of the MIAC championship, or if they'll run it back next year?

The guys at D3football.com have Bethel in pretty solidly—not even as a "last two in."

I think the divisional format is here for another season.

I think Bethel is the 2nd team taken after UWLacrosse. I also think Gustavus sneaks in the final rankings and gives them an additional RR Win. Even without that they have the best win of any Pool C candidate (vs R6 #2) and the strongest SOS. Those two things stand out amongst every other candidate.

Interesting.

Don't they do the MIAC schedule in sets of two years - so if it's here for one more year, it's really here for at least two?

First pay per view for me this year. I hard wired my laptop to my big screen and was amped. I got more exercise than normal getting up to refresh. First half was horrific. Second half better. Anyhow, glad to see the Johnnies put together a good game. Roste getting hurt could have been the difference. Both Bethel losses this year were w\o Roste for most of, if not all of the game. I hope that enters the Committee's thinking. Bethel deserves a bid.

Thanks ROR....I also think Bethel is in, and should be.  Quality team from a good conference...the new divisional format has certainly helped keep the bad records off the SOS of SJU and Bethel (each getting to miss the worst team from the other side) and replacing that with a second game against each other (either 9-0 or 8-1)....the last time another (current MIAC team) other than SJU won the conference was Bethel in 2013....the rest of the league; GAC in 87, Cord in 04, STO in 79, Ham in 88, Aug in 97, Carl in 92 and Mac in 47.......two observations; no one being recruited today was alive the last time anyone other than SJU and Bethel won a title.....second Carl should have to return the 92 title—you can't lose 70-7 and still claim a championship.

It looks like the d3football guys did a twitch stream and discussed the brackets.  Maybe they said it there?

I see that Pomona beat CMS.  Linfield know their first round victim.

Oh, wow.  Baldwin Wallace gave Mount Union a Hail Mary win that would make the Vikings jealous.  That is the unluckiest/luckiest thing I have ever seen on a football field.

Pat and Greg have Bethel as 2nd team in on their twitter podcast with Frank Rossi. They are saying it's UWL, Bethel, Wheaton, and the final 2 spots is between JHU, HSU and Albion.
