I actually should stop.

There are a bunch of guys I work with on this little email group, and all they do is send 10-20 funny pictures a day of each other with someones name in the link.  It just gets real old, real fast.

$200/$18(case of MLs) x 30(pack) = 333.33MLs

Reg could only afford 301 ML's here.  Either way, it should be plenty for Shoesapolooza 2k7

Not sure about this Regulator...But then again TDT was under the impression that ML's were shunned in honor of the holy Car Bombs at the Shoes game/festivities...

Gro, LD, Reg,

How come none of you guys told us about your RPI alumni balloon race last week?

LD, Gro and Reg's entry in the 2007 RPI balloon race

What do you mean, why didn't we tell you?  JU, we spoke with you out in the crowd!  Remember, you were there with your boys???

Thats right.  I do remember seeing ya there.  I even forgot I had this pic of ya in my cell phone.......

JU, it was balloon race...not balloon knot target practice.  You did look cute in that leather though...

TDT, in no way is the ML shunned for CB's!  The compliment each other so well.  You start by drinking your ML's until a large enough group has gathered to do a CB.  After the CB you go back to sippin the ML.....  Rinse and Repeat.

I invite TDT to drink nothing but CBs.

PBR...

the challenge has been put out to TDT....is TDT up to the challenge?

That is a fantastic explaination and exactly the way it works.....with a short walk to whizz every 10 minutes.

Does gro dare have another car bomb after being KO'd by that delicious drink  at LD11's St. Patty Day party?

Of course, of course.

Gro, K to you for the response on the 'Rivalries' board.

Alright my smarta$$ brethren, fair enough.  Just a quick inquiry...Did any of you clowns make the trip to St. John's in 03 (besides RedTackle and his crew)??

Next, TDT is headed for his maiden voyage to Vegas next month.  Staying at the Paris.  I know you fellas know the Strip like stink on sh!t.  TDT wants to know the best Sportsbook, best casino, best cocktails, best looking girls (location), etc.  Should have sweaty balls and swamp a$$ for the duration of the trip.  Also, considering driving to LA for a couple days.  Anybody done that trip before?  Just read Bill Simmons recap of this little jaunt, sounds interesting to say the least.

Third, Regulator: Why could you NOT be at Red-Eyes last weekend?  Is MR starting to call the shots?  "NO more Mista Nice Guy..."

Gro read simmons today too (workaholic over here), for as much as he complains about LAX and the vegas airport why doesn't he drive every time? It's under 300 miles and all interstate. Driving is a no brainer unless ESPN is picking up the tab.

Gro has never been to Vegas. Losing money is like nails on a chalkboard.  But, Gro has gone to the casinos in Tunica, MS and the drinks were flowing like water, the buffet was mantastic, and the dealers were cool cats.  At the time gro lived only an hour away and gro sticks to $5 blackjack whenever possible.

Consider gro "the old lady who won't admit she likes to gamble" of LLPP.

MGM has a really nice sportsbook, and there's a walkway over to NYNY which is a cool scene.  Lots of skanky women just hanging out looking for a weekend fling at NYNY.  Mandalay Bay pool...nuff said.  Go to the roof bars like the VooDoo lounge and Ghostbar.  If you have a couple people with you, get a VIP bottle table.  Gets you past the lines, and its usually cheaper overall.  Go on the roller coasters.

And most importantly, take every card a little Mexican guy gives you on your walk down the strip.

The drive from LA to Vegas is cake.  You can go about 85-90 without issue.  All desert around.  Nothing special but cool if you never done it.

Watch out for Ninjas.

union89

MGM is a very good SportsBook, but for my money, go old school and hit Caesars Palace.  In my opinion, the oldest and still best SportsBook in Vegas.  I can go to pool bars and roller coasters anywhere....if I'm in Vegas, I'm gettin' my  gamble on.

Also, you can say what you want about Vinny Baker, but he is NO quitter.  VB got arrested last night for DWI driving home from Foxwoods (no SportsBook in 'da 'Woods).

#2- Reg stayed at the Paris 2 years ago when a friend got married.  It is a very nice place with nice rooms and restaurants, however, it is BORING!....Bad tables, bad waitresses.  In fact, Reg is not even a huge fan of the vegas thing in general....I seriously don't get it.  Oh well....maybe Lew "Vegas Baby" Dogg can answer this one.

#3 Reg didn't go to Red Eyes because it was 95 degrees out and Reg really didnt want some biker dood sweating bud heavy's all over me.  I will catch the pictures on the internet.

LAX is the worst airport in America.  Hands down.  Poorly set up and badly managed.  Don't check a bag if you can avoid it.  Minimum 45 min to 1 hour wait at the baggage claim once you get back into LA.  Sucks.  Burbank to Vegas is the way to go.

Drive to Vegas is Cake?  TGP disagrees completely.  Once you are out of LA the drive is cake.  The drive back is about as fun as getting repeatedly kicked in the nutz by a pack mule.

Once took TGP 7-8 hours b/c of traffic.  An accident on the 15?  You're f-ed.  It's the only way back into town.  Even worse if you add in a hang over and losing at the tables (or going a bit too crazy at the "gentleman's club" after a good run).
