There is gambling close by, but U89 agrees....holiday weddings blow.  U89's best friends sister got married last NYE.  The older you get, the NYE wedding ain't so bad in U89's opinion.

Hey Mr. Regulator,

Humor me a little will ya?  Is this what happens when you get married?  Does MR call the shots 24/7 or does she give you occasional "consolation" prizes such as leeway on when you finish the landscaping projects or install the new stainless steel kitchen appliances?  TDT lives a bachelor lifestyle.  Please drop some knowledge on me oh wise one.

Cheers,

Touchdown T

Funny story for ya.  No doubt, Reg wears the pants in that relationship.  At Shoozapalooza III, U89's buddy Brett Russ came up to U89 and said, "Man, you know that dude over there right?"

U89:  "Yea, that's my boy Regulator...has real good guy potential, but he's an RPI grad"
Russ:  "He's crazy, I was talking to him and his wife interjected....he looked at her dead-pan and said, 'hello, I'm talking here'....then stared her down till she got the point."
U89:  "Hey, that's how Reg rolls."

Then Reg and Gro proceeded to steal all of U89's Miller Lite's

Thanks for getting my back U89, however, behind the scenes (after Gro and I stole your delicious ML,) Reg felt some kind of repercussion(sp) for his "funny comment"

PS- The stare down is classic, kind of like Bill Cowher meets teen wolf, topped off with a lil' blue steel (I am still trying to perfect it)

Didn't we all want a DI or II letter.

U89 didn't get one and moved on to the best DIII program in the country.

Kid seems like he had alot of presure to succeed and had a bit of a loser mentality in him....

You're the only dood on the board that doesn't know & accept that '57 can't spell.

Poor grammar and horrible spelling... it's just how he rolls.

It's her friend, someone that I have only met once.
I told MR to call her and tell her to have it a different time, like I would have done if one of my best friends tried to pull that crap, however, she wouldn't.

#1 the wedding is across the country
#2 the wedding is 2 hours from the nearest airport
#3 the wedding is at some summer camp place where everyone sleeps in bunks.

Is this amature hour?  I may need FR to mitigate this one for me with MR.

Reg, a wedding across country for a "freind" of only one of you (MR) is an easy out for the both of you.  That is an easy 1K expense for the both of you out there.  Unless MR is in the wedding or is a great freind, thats an optional wedding to go to easy.

Whatever, just have 'Gro go in your place and try to hook up with the bride's maids telling them all that he 'used to be'' money...Reg, if I was you, I would go, but do everything 'no frills'.  Tiny little rental car, Super 8 Motel, Eat at Wendy's, stock the room with Busch Lights.  Gotta cut expenses somewhere right?  And the wedding gift...Cut them a $50 check.

PBR...

pbr now knows why he never watches award shows anymore...pbr was channel surfing last night and came upon the grammys to see kayne west win and stand up there and be the biggest punk around....showed no class taking cheapshots and he needed to be slapped around. at least we dont have to read about his backstage rants ripping everyone in the world like a whiny little boitch when he didnt win and get his way...

36 car pile up in Rochester yesterday.  1 dead.  Very sad story and one that reminds TGP even with the LA traffic he should be grateful for 80 degrees instead of these artic conditions.

Interesting biz-nass article for you finance types:
