slow day in the LLPP heezy. It was bad enough when fantasy foosball ended now reality football (look for the NFL to be renamed the NRFL by 2015) is over too... this sucks.

There's always golf.  HD just makes it that much more exciting.  At least pitchers and catchers are right around the corner.

Does any of the LLPP feel like JT does about baseball, HGH, and roids?  With so many more important issues: deficits, housing crisis, war, energy prices, taxes, terrorism etc., why does Congress always choose the easy stuff.  This is like Janet Jackson's boob.  Who the F cares?

Stop wasting my tax money and do your goddamn job.  Let baseball handle or not handle its own ish.

jt-
Reg isn't even sure how that ish made it's way on their plate.  I guess they just wanted to go for the low hanging fruit.  Reg can't blame them either since most reached their peter's principle back when they were summer interns.

That gal is 5-7 years away from a Playboy spread.   Count on it.

On a separate note, TGP turns yet another year older tomorrow and is "calling in sick" (but will still make sure to call into the Think Tank as usual).

Probably just as well since TGP's pop is in town and just bought TGP a bottle of Edradadour (from Scotland's smallest distillary).

Nothing like closing (and opening) another chapter in life with a highland single malt.

Senor RedTackle

happy one TGP!!!

perhaps this will help you begin a new chapter..

well done tgp and happy b-day!! heard its been low 80s everyday out there very nice...good to see your enjoying a nice single malt, pbr's grandfather came over from the highlands when he was 16 and made sure when pbr was teething as a ankle biter that the gums had a nice glenmorangie rubbed on them...still nothing finer for pbr than a cohiba and a single malt and watching the sun set at the end of a day

Have a happy one TGP.  KS is with PBR, nothing better than a Cohiba and fine whiskey.  KS prefers a small batch Bourbon to single malt though.  KS used JD on the Stalkerette's gums while teething.

KS wonders how many well-heeled alums are calling Bobby Knight and asking him to come back.  Bobbys' buddy Myles is gone.

still looks like nothing is comming up new on Clemens.  All you have is Pettites testimony (from 10 years ago) and he isnt even there!  I think legally Clemens is still in the clear.

And McNamee sounds so much better on the radio than he looks on TV.  The guy looks like a rat.

based on this it dont look good for the rocket...

Feb. 13  -- Roger Clemens lied to congressional
investigators and has made other statements that are untrue in
his denials of the accusations that he used steroids and human
growth hormone, U.S. Representative Henry Waxman said today.
``We have found conflicts and inconsistencies in Mr.
Clemens's account,'' Waxman, the chairman of the House Committee
on Oversight and Government Reform, said in his opening
statement at hearings on drugs in baseball. ``During his
deposition, he made statements that we know are untrue. In other
areas, his statements are contradicted by other credible
witnesses or are simply implausible.''
