�HSC ranked 23rd and W&J gets 2 total votes. Week 4 ATN bias?

Similarly, people like to complain when teams that are 1-2 get votes or get ranked, so there's no pleasing everyone.

So, we agree there is an early season bias?

I'm not saying HSC shouldn't be in the discussion of being a ranked team, but Macon loses an early season game and folks seem to feel the need to find another ODAC team to fill in the void. I'm not impressed with DelVal's or Shenandoah's resume—let's not even begin to discuss Guilford. Central is a good ball team and a 10-0 loss all the way in Iowa doesn't seem too terrible now.

Just my opinion, but I think that Bornpowerindex still has too much built in data to keep the indices of 2025 teams from bursting from past performances. Also, I believe that UMHB is getting much support from its non-D3 opponents, Hampden-Sydney is still carrying the burden of the previous season(s). Bornpowerindex is my 5th ballot. Any takers?

I'll jump in next week. I did the South Region and Top 25 Fan Poll back before Covid under my old handle.

SAA has 4 teams RV for 7 spots. Oct 11 has Maryville/Centre and Berry/Trinity lined up. Maryville doesn't play @ Berry and vs Trinity until the last two weeks. Of course The Game bookends the season too and will probably be de facto ODAC Championship Game.

I had the same teams in a similar order. Would be awesome to get a few more R3 voters on board to see their input on placement...Should be a fun conference schedule for all the leagues in R3. I've really enjoyed seeing the Region as a whole have a lot of teams on the national stage being recognized with D3 votes!
