I got to thinking...

There ought to be a Governor's Cup for D-3, especially now that all three schools are in the same conference.

TU 13 - SEW 0 at the half.

I haven't seen a lot of consistent play from either offense. And that was one of the most egregious bad calls I've seen in a while with that PI call that led to that second score. The double pass that led to the first score was a good call.

Trinity putting up plenty of yardage but stalling again and again. Very similar to the sputtering that occurred last week.

The end zone stop was solid on the TU defense's part.

Starting to push us around a bit here in the 4th.

I believe this is the first time since 1996 that Maryville beat Sewanee and Rhodes in the same season.

Watching Horn play in trash time.  He's a big kid.

albatross

What is the name of the trophy Rhodes and Sewanee currently play for?

The Edmund Orgill Trophy.  Rhodes leads the series since the trophy was first rewarded in 1954 but Sewanee leads the overall series going back to the late 1890s.

Finally at the part of the schedule we knew would be tough since April. First things first: Need to play spoiler this November as we did last November in GA.

Spoil this Saturday not next, please.  Buy you an enchilada plate next season when Murvul visits!
