Not too bad. Would hate to be Concordia. Good men's open leagues aren't bad ... if the have 90-minute fitness. Tough to scrimmage a team you'll see in the season. Herkimer,  the NY team that will likely win the d3 juco, usually beats the Utica first team (No. 2 in Empire 8) and loses to Syracuse.
