New here.  Do you see a lot of transfer or portal use at D3?

Typically no, there's not much. But we no longer live in typical times, so everyone seems to be scooping up their extra COVID eligibility wherever they can play. More grad students playing their 5th years at a new school is what I've seen.

I think the striker at Montclair has real D1 talent and would be surprised if he returns there next year.

He was originally committed to Rutgers, not sure why he ended up at Montclair.  If he does move, I'd put my money on either Rutgers or St. John's as Masur has a long relationship with Montclair.

UCon could also be a destination.

North Park has lost forward Jesse Anamoo to the D1 ranks. He's transferring to Santa Clara, where he'll get a full ride. It's the third time in the past six years that a Vikings starter has accepted a scholarship and moved to D1. The previous two (All-Americans Ricky Pimentel and Gustav Ericsson) returned to the fold at NPU after a year. I'd love it if Jesse Anamoo does the same, although I'm not holding my breath. I wish him all the best; he's a great kid as well as a serious talent (12-5-29 and an All-CCIW first-team honoree last season as a freshman).
