It's cheaper to watch Rochester now than it used to be.

Rochester wasn't the only team competing in the tournament, and several games didn't include them at all.

And Rochester is the only UAA (and thus Flo connected) school that competes in softball in the LL. NYU is an affiliate member of the LL, but competes in the UAA in softball.

Has anyone inquired if Rochester is sharing revenue from the championship with LL or the other paarticipating teams?

There isn't any revenue specifically tied to any specific event. It's year-long.
